When will my order ship?

Most items are print-on-demand and ship in 3–5 business days. You will get a tracking email the moment the package leaves the printer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. International transit typically adds 7–14 business days on top of the production window.

What if the fit is wrong?

30-day fit exchange on apparel. Use the size guidance on each PDP first — most fit issues are avoidable. If it still misses, we exchange one size up or down free.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We reprint and reship at no cost. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we handle the rest — you do not need to return the bad piece.

How do I know what size to order?

Every apparel PDP has a Fit Badge and size guidance written from real customer feedback. If two sizes feel close, size up — the prints look better with breathing room.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 2 hours of placing it, yes — reply to your order confirmation email. After that, production has usually started and we can no longer modify the order.

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking link by email the moment your package is handed to the carrier. You can also enter your order number and email on the Track page.

Are your designs original?

Yes — every design is created or commissioned by Nuwud Multimedia. No drop-shipped knockoffs, no AI-generated slop. Real concepts, real artists.
